As a USA Cycling Licensed Level 1 Coach I am qualified to teach cyclists -- from recreational novice through elite racer -- how to achieve their goals in the sport. More and more bicyclists are looking for coaches to help them optimize their training for both racing and recreational pursuits.

I have been bicycle racing for over 20 years and have won 8 National Championships and 2 silver medals at UCI Master World Championships. I wish to help other racers and riders gain success and satisfaction by sharing my knowledge and experience. In addition to my ever on-going coaching education I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Utica College. I graduated in 1996 with a major in CPA accounting and a minor in Speech Communication with emphasis on Interpersonal and Organizational Communication skills.
